Subscribers are reminded that only root level URL's may be used to access VillageMall services..

I.e https://invest.villagemall.net.au,
 https://solutions.villagemall.net.au or any of our white label services such as
 https://portfolio.bby.com.au.

Any deep linking such as  https://invest.villagemall.net.au/WebOffice/Mlogin.aspx etc may fail due to internal changes within our network.

Please ensure that only the top level domain is used to access any VillageMall Service, this includes any saved links.

Updated Subscriber Agreement

All VillageMall Services are supplied under a Subscriber Agreement, which all Subscribers must read and accept before using our Subscription Services.

We have updated this agreement to:
a)  include use of optional digital certificates to protect supplied Data when communication with VillageMall using email.
b) the communication of supplied Data between VillageMall and any individual linked to a Subscriber Account; when said Subscriber Service, has multiple Subscriber Accounts.

All subscribers shall review and Agree the current terms and conditions, should you not agree with the above terms and conditions you shall cease using the Subscriber Service.

BBY SmartPortfolio - update

With the exception of the following, all features should be working:

• MBL bank feed still missing
• Numerous data load issues, on conversion to new clearing system. 
• Typically these issues relate to equity holding and cost base values
• These typically cause erroneous realized capital gains results. 
• Please contact BBY trade support to have these corrected.

BBY SmartPortfolio - update

We expect to complete the final QA, of the merged system, by the end of January 2012.

• Most out standing issues should be addressed by the end of this week, and the enhanced "Client Investment and Taxation Report" will be available from beginning of next week.
• Our new emailed Client Investment service will also be available from next Monday.You can receive a daily "YTD Report" within your email in-box each morning (~ 8:00am EST), no need to logon to your account.
• While we have tried to ensure that the merge of data across the various systems, especially for Stonebridge clients who have historical data from the 30th June until the move to BBY, has been error free; please review your BBY smart portfolio, and report any issues to BBY trade support.
  
• All performance reporting, has been removed until, the outstanding CMT transactions issues are resolved.

Contact your advisor or BBY tradesupport for full details of the new emailed reporting service.

BBY SmartPortfolio - update

The following changes will be online this week

• Enhanced option reporting
• Fixed equity reporting, removed zero holdings from reports
• New self clearing contract notes, have been merged with existing notes
• Additional status of open/close has been added to all option contracts
• Option contracts now have an identifier which can be used by BBY trade support
• Closed option positions, now have P&L calculated for tax purposes
• Clients with Foreign equity holdings will see blank values for current values etc ( contact BBY if you wish to see daily values for these foreign holdings).

The following outstanding issues

• Performance reports should not be relied upon, until final QA is completed.

Holiday Break

VillageMall and our staff, will be taking a break from the close of business, Friday, December 16th, and will re-open on Monday, January 9th, 2012.

BBY SmartPortfolio services

BBY data from their self clearing system,  is available today i.e from the 7th December 2011.

Notes:
a) Data between the 2nd of December (old BSL clearing) and the 7th of December, is not yet available, but will be processed when available.
b) Option contracts are not available, but will be online when available.
c) For Option contracts we expect to offer separate opening and closing positions, plus provide contract identifiers for options.
d) Until all data is available and processed, the performance, or any reports using daily data, may not be accurate.
e) We will post a separate announcement, when all data is available and processed.


We expect all subscribed portfolio's, will have a complete history from the 1st July 2011 when completed.
