Based upon past experience, VillageMall expects that the change from BSL to BBY self clearing will cause data feed availability issues. We will try our best to minimise the effect on client portfolio's.
It is expected, that the change over will occur on the first Monday of December, this will also be the first day when operational data is available from BBY self clearing; hence our Quality Assurance process cannot be completed, until at least two weeks after this date.
During this time, VillageMall will be collecting all data, and while there may be a period where daily client portfolio access is not available, we will process and correct any clearing data.
It is expected, VillageMall will be able to merge all existing BBY/BSL portfolio client data (including Stonebridge), with the new BBY self clearing data to create a complete end of year tax pack from the 30th June 2011.
Any existing client portfolio's with data pre-30th June 2011, will continue to have access to this data, all other clients will have pre-june 2011 data removed.
It is recommended that any clients who require a copy of their 2010-2011 tax pack; to print, and retain, within their local records, before the end of November 2011.
